Come one; Come All! This is the Official Murder Mystery Website for the Joyous Troupe! This year, 2024, we will be holding an elegant Venetian Masquerade Ball. Unfortunately, ugly things always seem to happen when this group comes together, and this year is no different. This is a Murder Mystery Party, so expect mayhem, music, and magnificence!
Logistical Questions:
Where is the Ball: The Adkins Royal Residence
When is the Ball: October 19, 2024, starting at 4 PM (expect the partying to continue until approximately 10 or 11. )
What do I wear: This is a Masquerade Ball, there will be dancing available, so feel free to indulge in elegant, ball attire.
What do you bring to the Ball: Each family should bring either a desert or a side-dish and alcohol if you desire. The Main course and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

What Can You Expect?
A fun experience where you will interact with the other party goers and the Host to attempt to solve a mystery which will unfold as the evening wanes.
There will be games, dancing, food, intrigue, acting in character, beautiful Venetian outfits, and the memories of a lifetime!
Once you RSVP, I will send you a unique packet with your background information. Do not share this information with others, until the party begins (you might not even want to at that point lol). You will also receive instructions on how to play once you arrive.
Rewards are given out to those who are able to accurately solve the mystery, and for "Best Costume," and for "Best Acting In-Character."
